In Tarz team is working like a family and team member are talking polite with the staff.training are also good trainer are explain every things in a good way if some staff doesn't understand the training than they give a suitable example with easily language so that staff will understand and remember the training words and use in their store and make good sell.in Tarz job security is good and safe.tarz distribution career growth also their with the performance.Salary also coming before the date every months.every year taking the appraisal also and traveling also easily ways or near to home.by working in Tarz distribution I have learned a lot of things and I have improved myself in this field.work environment also very good with staff as well as head office people also.innovation are also good in this field.work life is easily and I feels proud to work with tarz distribution and everything is balance in my life also and in my work also that why I am enjoying my work like a working with a family.
