Only the salary was very less within the lines and the incentive was also very less. There are many late in promotion inside the register!

...done by the perfume experts and providing us the certificate after the training.providing good salary.this is the company compared to any other fragrance companies I found the best as because the staffs were not only the sales person in the floor but they were also known the ambassador or eyes of the company.They carried high profile brands like ck david off givenchy fendi Roberto cavalli and dior.one more thing during the coid period they paid full salary to the staffs.

No dislikes but as of getting good opportunity in abroad in Oman I left job.

...s good and safe.tarz distribution career growth also their with the performance.Salary also coming before the date every months.every year taking the appraisal also and traveling also easily ways or near to home.by working in Tarz distribution I have learned a lot of things and I have improved myself in this field.work environment also very good with staff as well as head office people also.innovation are also good in this field.work life is easily and I feels proud to work with tarz distribution and everything is balance in my life also and in my work also that why I am enjoying my work like a working with a family. In Tarz distribution teammates are very good and polite.training are good as well as job security also their career growth also their and Salary are coming before on time.travelling also near my home and I learnt a lots from Tarz and working environment are also good as well as all senior are good in head office and Tarz people motivation also in a good language to my work.work life also easy and I work happily.working life is easy and we'll balanced with my staff as well as senior also good so that Tarz distribution is giving me a lots of things to learnt and because of Tarz in my family all are happy as well as in Tarz distribution all members are happy and good so in my life all the good things I always taken from Tarz so that why I didn't get any dislike about working at Tarz distribution India Pvt LTD.

Salary comes on time. Even in lockdown also.so that is the main thing.

...ve there stock. And one more thing even. They have one more problem that is PF . If You your salary s more then 19k they didn't provide pf or medicailm or any extra benifit. So this is very very bad. So this is the main part they need to be changed the policy.

Good company to work ...But there is 10%chance of growth . Salary scale is very poor compare to other brands .if you are a frasher and want to learn something for and year go for it .But don't expect anything more than salary . Insensitive scale is also pritty poor,but as per security this company belongs to a huge organization called "Chalhoub" group.
