Learning from the responsibility given by the organization in my first half of tenure then it was really bad post some changes in the higher position as certain things were taken personal and it didn't sounded professional at all for an employee

I got really sick and was on bed rest while I was working w them. They harassed and kept asking me to come to work even tho I had given them all my medical certificates and proof of being horribly sick. I had to quit because of horrible conditions at work.
