The HR and bosses are not totally supportive, Only the Regional manager have all the power to whom he wants to promote except one major issue is Mr. Moin khan he is a totally time waste guy. Moin use to do the meetings on all of 1st day of every month. From start to end he use to keep us waiting, he also doesn’t have any kind of fundamental clarity about business.
