So far the learning experience has been good due to good mentors. Also, the company is growing fast, so deadlines have become stricter than before, but it's a fun place to work since the overall culture is supportive with less politics. HR policies are good, clock in time at 10:30 is strict so becomes an issue if you are constantly late. The benefits for employees are increasing, with tax saving benefits recently launched by the HR team which has increased our take home. Not much to write about, except there won't be a lot of work-life balance like it was before as the company is growing faster now.

Promotion and salary growth is not good, there's no proper Promotion policy in place. Not a hybrid work company, no work from home
