Good friendly environment to work, colleagues are good. You can learn new things and develop your career. Management will listen to ideas and allow to implement also. A Good place to learn for freshers and 0-2 years exp persons.

Dislikes

Office work place is small and little congested. If management didn't like you, they will aks you to put paper or fire you. Salary will be given on 5th of every month, Sometimes it will get delay till 15th. There is No Work-life balance in Tarnea. Most of the time you have to finish the requirement on urgent basis only. Appraisals will be given yearly once on August only. But it will not based on your Performance, only politics....Read More
