You may get a decent 15% hike but there's no stocks until Director/Sr. Director level. They have tech dating back to the time of early-man. Work-life balance is really good. I've never heard anyone being treated harshly. Work depends on the team and manager. You usually get manageable levels of work with flexible work timings.
