Job security is not there. No one see your efforts & hardwork. All credit will taken by your senior. Invisible politics, only long tongue person can servive.

Very less leaves and expect to work on public holidays, politics and favouritism at it’s peak, very traditional methods of working and no innovation in their working practices. Growth is minimal. Management people carry unnecessary ego. Better to avoid such a workplace.
