1) There Is Job Security Which Is Equal To Zero. 2) The Work Culture Is Amazing And You Are Not Capable of It. 3) Management Is Too Good If You Are A Slave. 4) The Company Policies Are Well Designed To Ruin Your Freedom of Asking Leaves.

Everything starting from 1st day on field after training ie. 1) No leaves in probation (Although the payment is deducted) 2) Politics, 3) Rs. 500 Allowance For Hotel Stay. 4) Rs. 120 Maximum Food Allowance If You Travel Beyond 120 KM. 5) Rs. 120 Maximum For Lunch & Rs. 130 Maximum For Dinner If You Stayed Out For Work Purposes (Rs 250 Maximum Total). 6) Delayed Expenses Reimbursement.

Work Details

The work life is on a ventilator whose oxygen cylinders are punctured, the pipes are licking & the mask you must have to bring from home.

I liked that my manager supported me very much and I learnt from him

It doesn't have a corporate culture.this company wants to grow and become the size of Navneet but they don't stand anywhere near Navneet.during crisis times they fired 30 employees and didn't even pay any additional compensation.didnt even allow to serve notice period.truly a baniya type atmosphere.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
