Everything starting from 1st day on field after training ie. 1) No leaves in probation (Although the payment is deducted) 2) Politics, 3) Rs. 500 Allowance For Hotel Stay. 4) Rs. 120 Maximum Food Allowance If You Travel Beyond 120 KM. 5) Rs. 120 Maximum For Lunch & Rs. 130 Maximum For Dinner If You Stayed Out For Work Purposes (Rs 250 Maximum Total). 6) Delayed Expenses Reimbursement.

Very less leaves and expect to work on public holidays, politics and favouritism at it’s peak, very traditional methods of working and no innovation in their working practices. Growth is minimal. Management people carry unnecessary ego. Better to avoid such a workplace.
