Manegers are aweful and lack basic sense of talking, when you do any mistake like even a simplest one they shout at you in front of everyone. Offcourse mistakes happen from manegers also but when you point them out they don't like it. Huge politics is played here, and so much micromagement is there, you have to mention what you are doing to the scale of every minute of everyday. The profile content writer seems like it's a creative role but mostly you will be doing is just adding pyq's to already made books, maintaing some excel sheets, working on their online platform just to do bifurcation of questions on the basis of subject and everything unrelated to your core subject.
