There is nothing to like about this company. Working there is my biggest regret.

Everything about it. I cannot even describe the level of politics and manipulation takes place in this company. The founder of the company says that he does not allow politics in his company but he is the one who loves doing it. Talk behind his employees back and make decisions for employees without even listening to the employees side. The HOD and Reporting Managers are pathetic and manipulative. Its okay if these people make mistakes or make an error in their books. But its a huge mistake if a writer makes a small spelling mistake. Which by the way can be fixed within seconds. Next, the managers and HRs don't keep their promises at all. They play games with the employees and change their words everytime. The reporting managers never appreciate any work you do. Instead they will keep highlighting your mistakes in front of everyone. And this company never has a budget for their employees but will spend lakhs over pointless products which are not even moving on ecommerce websites....Read More

Manegers are aweful and lack basic sense of talking, when you do any mistake like even a simplest one they shout at you in front of everyone. Offcourse mistakes happen from manegers also but when you point them out they don't like it. Huge politics is played here, and so much micromagement is there, you have to mention what you are doing to the scale of every minute of everyday. The profile content writer seems like it's a creative role but mostly you will be doing is just adding pyq's to already made books, maintaing some excel sheets, working on their online platform just to do bifurcation of questions on the basis of subject and everything unrelated to your core subject. HR manager is most aweful here and a play lot of politics and thinks like he knows everything....Read More

Nothing much to say here. The most I can say is the learning was only from medium to an average level.

No Job security at all. You'll grow only if you are ready to dance to the tunes of the boss. Else they'll kick you out at any moment. You cannot talk to opposite gender teammates or else everyone judges you. Extremely narrow-minded and cheap mentality. Office politics is on a whole new level. Bosses want to literally own you and control your entire life. All your freedom is lost.

Work Details

I worked there as a content writer for social studies dept. However committed to your work you might be, your performance is judged on whether you dance to the tunes of your boss. No facilities like work-from-home, no canteen.
