I did not experience anything positive during my stay at Target Engineering.

Dislikes

The working environment is not positive, no support is given to the workers. No Indemnity was received form the company.

Work Details

I held the position of "Target Engineering" and worked in 2 projects for Adnoc and one project for Adco. The experience was terrible due to lack of experience, work ethics, and technical background.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
