Good work environment and culture. People are very helpful and respectful towards women staff. Salary is good. University is very concerned about extra curricular activities and cleanliness of the campus is taken care of very seriously. Overall, it is a very good workplace as per my experience.

Dislikes

University is only lagging behind in research field.
