The company was good I learn so many things, but there I don't like the management.

Please don't joined a franchisee store, Why because they are hideing so many things, from employees, And I noticed the company was giveing a normal monthly target, but the franchise owner given more Target, and I tried so many time to get my salary slips, but they never provide the salary slip, and there is no esi , pf facility, Please don't joined in franchise Store.
