Being an Franchise store there's no job security, no appraisal, no extra benifit for staff... Everything is only take away salary... Franchise owner gives preferences to their own family members, half of the store runs according to them.. partiality between male & female staffs

Started my journey with Tanishq as RSO. Got lots off appreciation & promotion, support from my manager Clara lobo, friendly colligue Ravi,pailesh,rajendra,akhila,madhavi, etc..

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
