Good work life balance. Very good technical persons. All the people are always ready to help you. WFH facility is there. But to very less people left now they are not able to manage. So WFH facility also some what restricted. Yearly once team outing. Its also below market standard.

Dislikes

Due to poor management, there is no job security. Every company driven by its management. If the respective management is poor, no one can do anything. Continuous layoffs are happening. Because of that people are feeling safety. But the most vital thing is management is doing anything to recover this. Don't know whats their thought process. Management shouldn't forget the people who are really doing work to see the company in the next level....Read More

Work Details

Work wise i learnt so many things. The senior most technical people are very good and helpful as well. I can say because of them only its continuing up to now.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
