It's a friendly environment. Higher official always want to work together as a team. There s no partiality between worker and higher official. This s the best company for fresher to learn about technologies. I regret for this situation because I won't be part of that organisation. Each person in that lab work like thats there company. There's no politics between departments. Appraisal depends upon their work. There's no loss of pay. For emergency situation company gives upto 2 months leave for best candidates.
