The company is good for beginners, also it helps to know the basics of your core. There are no such things as work pressure for beginners in this company. But the salary is not even considerable. Need to work extra hours without any pay. Overall the company is average for beginners.

The company policies are not too tough to follow.

Job is very much boring. There is not much responsibilities for beginners. At the same time, they won't train you much

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
