Working at Talentiser has brought immense change in me professionally and personally as well. The confidence which I was looking for, the guidance and selfless support from Seniors and Founders. If you want to start career in Recruitment you must start from consulting, and Talentiser is a right platform. I believe if head of the family is good(humble, a nice human) whole family will be good. Same goes with talentiser Both the founders are best version of bosses i have seen till now. God bless them

As such nothing is bad over there, but compensation is little less compared to market standard. They need to match the market standard if we talk about salary. Rest is all good But if you are fresher you need a kick, right? So here you go! Best culture Best people Best TL Best Founders
