some of the team mates were actually helpful, aided professional growth.

sacking people in the name of performance just to satisfy personal grudges; awful work-life balance, no time for personal life, employees are treated like tools/ as means to ends - so there's not an iota of focus on the actual employee development. HR is partial, decisions made are based of personal relationships and hear-say/ opinions of others, easily influenced and incapable of making unbiased decisions. no facilities, whatsoever. appraisal review meetings happen based on the whims of the manager....Read More
