The management is not at all supportive. The TL/Managers are always onto your head to get the sales. Eventhough on your week offs they want you to work from your home and get the sales done. Otherwise they will simply say a thing "GET THE SALES OR I WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE AS WELL AS YOUR WEEK OFFS". Highly recommend the candidates notto join the organisation else your personal life will get vanished or even destroyed too. It was a terrible experience with this company every one is trying to pull you down and those people who are doing great because of process like inhoud and chats etc every member of senior management will just encourage them every one is leaving this company. no matter how hard you try biased managers and cluster head will never let you stay.

Average work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is the worst ever I had.No chilling. Company HR is not taking any action on written complaint via email. Salary on time.

Management; Non people management senior. No background verification for any employees. Seems that manager either hire in the relation or bribe.
