No respect of old employees. People who are working there from past 4-5 years think themselves as owner of the company. Managers don't know how to talk with their team members. I worked there for almost 2.5 years and when I complaint about my manger who do partiality they instead of doing any meeting with me start behaving differentwith me so I decided to leave that company because they don't value their employees feedback and also they release my on the same day without giving me any prior lwd and also not allowing me to meet any of my colleagues is this is a good company do with their old employees.
