You get to learn the full recruitment life cycle here! It's safe to say that TLI is the mother of all Full-time Recruitment firms in Hyderabad. A 'Survivor' here, would be a 'Thriver' elsewhere.

The management needs to work on the compensation. Employees are pretty underpaid here! Plus, good work is not appreciated as much it should be, if you're not a management's favourite. Hierarchy of growth just isn't there.
