As it is an MNC company, we can get some employee benefits.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Can't maintain work-life balance. Stressful work. We have to work overtime without benefits. Sometimes work goes upto 15hrs a day. Taking leave is not that much easy here. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.
