...e are certain people who enjoy their position and because of which work suffers. Takenaka has been the best company in terms of job security , ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has affected work a lot still they are not asking anyone to resign instead they are giving full salary. Management in particular is not great, they dont know what and why policies are there and they mend them according to their requirement.

Dislikes

salary/appraisal is a big issue. The whole company is assessed as one and instead of giving appraisal according to one's performance teams are given collective appraisal which certainly makes people think why are they giving in extra effort when everybody gets the same. It turns to a big issue when a person getting almost a lakh salary gets 10% and the same applies to someone who dont even get 50K.

...good and if you are good in buttering & licking then facilities could be better. Takenaka pays good salary as compared to Indian companies.

Dislikes

High corruption and political conspiracy on manager level , no roule regulations for certain group of people. I found Japanese people are very fanatic and make mountain of mole hills . Inexperienced Japanese rules the company like Britishers did in 18th century.

...'s. If you are honest you can't be survive in here. No promotions no increments. Good thing is that salary is on time till now. There are lot of things to say but can't be write everything. Moreover if Japanese change these crupt indians with qualified professionals it will be better for Takenaka future.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Carrer growth is slow. Job training is not given to new joiners weather they are fresher's or experienced. There are nepotism culture.

...vironment and culture. Team leader, teammates are good, friendly and supportive. Mangement is supportive to employees, good in salay and bonus. Our japan team leader is good and friendly.

Dislikes

Periodical technical training and testing for engineers is required to enhance the growth of company and career growth of an employee.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and work quality & safety also good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary not as per position as well as work experience. Working time is very long.
