Working environment & culture is not good. Management is good but Teammates are not supportive. Salary package is poor.i have to work independently. Team mate are not supportive

Its a laser division company and its work with a many project.i really proud to be an employee of this company.it is reliable,and high quality products ans has global client.i am work with many knowledgeable and experienced person which support and learned to me all things.so i am happily work with.

Dislikes

This company is customer oriented company.so many times customer require urgent do not count process time.so it headache for me always due to urgency.it is a big dislike in this company.but still handle all customer requirements and on time delivery is maintained to every month.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
