As a Senior recruitment Associate working here from 1.9Yrs , Its gonna be 2yrs coming year . the way of work assinged by Delivery manager to managers, from managers to Recruiter and Recruiter to Soucer is awesome. because it feels very comfortable without pressure from each of the managers.

From 2 Years i have not got any complimets of working not even welcome kit, They were issued Jacket and ID card that also i haven't received. No sweets Nothing i received. Coming to incentives every month we will be working hard to reach the closure of offers but if the candidate is not joining where the hardwork goes again will stick to NO incentives. Because of this i'm not at all expecting incentives atleast im expecting good increment in yearly salary. If there is no work atleast we are expected leaves or relax time simply not pushing to other unwanted works. also there will be no concern notice of moving one business to other business. suddenly comes and says that you will moving to other business. If work from office starts please inform us before 1-2 months atleast, Relocation will be difficult all of sudden notice....Read More

Backend team was very supportive

L1 reporting manager, doesn't have any knowledge how to behave with a new commer, simply shouting over pH, try to prove he is supurio,no corporate ethics, force to work in holiday when you refused to work simply shouted on u, confused does not how to work or what to do simply shouted on subordinate. At first try to learn how to behave in office.
