Everyone in the company from operator to manager is so much supportive. Everybody share their experience and knowledge. Company provides training programs on regular basis for DET & GET's. Overall work environment is good.

Dislikes

Everything is alright. But sometime working in the rotational shifts disturb work life balance. Other than that I don't see anything which is disturbing or unbalancing yourself.

In ETL , I am working as a GET. So generally my task is to learn and grab everything from everywhere we get.
