Likes

Free food for two times in a shift and mid level employee are very friendly.Salary is satisfactory for freshers.We can take leaves for continues shifts.

Dislikes

Work culture is very bad.All the top level people put pressure and work load on trainee. They forced as to work for over time and didn't give OT allowance. Send us for purchasing material and didn't give any travel allowances.

Everyone in the company from operator to manager is so much supportive. Everybody share their experience and knowledge. Company provides training programs on regular basis for DET & GET's. Overall work environment is good.

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview.
