The job is interesting, I struggled a bit in beginning as there was a formal training session at different locations. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to ware multiple and that helped me get taste of different roles within the same time.

Company is creating some new technology were adopted in some tractor s to develop the farmers in creative generation.. so I have really enjoyed with learning the skills were learnt by the company team to create a new ideas.....

They are it providing the allowance other than the salary...only we have to depend upon salary..
