Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and th management is too bad . Company policies are not good not give a good salary and not give bonus . Not job security

There is a lot of poltics and the management doesn't address our issues.not give a good salary and career growth is slow.on the job only training role to new joinees like NEEM Trainee, DET etc .
