Get to work with MNCs, startups and it doesn't get boring if you're in short term assignmemts

Dislikes

Gets mundane once you get into an MNC. Loads of procedures and people looking down to you as a "contractor"

You won't get good care while you work at client places through this company. No freedom in office. Strict rules will definitely irritate you. No proper chairs to sit at office. No flexible network facilities at office. Not even have one ceiling fan in office. No AC in the office at all. No guarantee for your job if the client releases you from their contract.

Dislikes

No caring for the employees who work at client place and there is no job guarantee if the client releases you from the project.
