It's a very good place if you are looking for job security. Just don't put finger on anything and do your work, you are more than secured. You'll get salaries on time. They also pay for your medical insurance, phone Bills and your conveyance. You'll also get EPF. This would be a really cool place to work if one can get recognition with their work and performance. This feels more like school :P Would not suggest this place if you are looking for skills enhancement. Lack of growth opportunity and recognition with your Good work. An annual hike you'll get regardless of your performance. An appraisal would be grateful if someone performs really good. Work Details

Not so interesting. No new challanges. Quantity focused. Did not get recognition of good work even after so many years. But got a bad reputation for being so communicative and interactive with colleagues.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
