In T R Chadha, There was work life balance but the kind of company culture they had was terrible especially the attendance system for those in Audit profile.An illiterate was told to take up calls for marking attendence.

Attendence system, No conveyance for those in audit and only remimbersable if clients pays.No proper increment system.
