Our CEO is very good and genuine person. Everything is clear and transparent for employees. They handle very good in the hard time. Overall the company is good to work.

There are some favoritism in team from seniors. Opportunities in upper level getting shrink there are some friction started. We expected higher management personal will come with good management and tech experience, but get disappointed. Still there is scope to improve in team.
