Good thing is they do not care if you upskill or not. Same goes for the management, they just sit and chill and keep abusing the employees

Dislikes

No band progression, no proper hike, no upskill support, no internal project transfer opportunities, no POSH policy, no anti harrasment policy. HR is busy selling nighty and saree on her WhatsApp.
