Such a horrible work culture, no job security daily fear of loosing job, job blackmailing, family members interference, threatening mails from Director office etc etc.. Feels like a heaven from outside but you will realise that u are in hell when u joins

It's a good company with good exposure to learn. Work-life balance is also good.

Pay and career growth is not good ,as the HR department doesn't have any role there. There is no proper incentive mechanism there. For career growth ,you have to demand ,inspite of your performance. Internal politics and lack of respect to employees is also another bad thing I faced there

The new managing director is a terror. The only thing he finds interesting is micro-managing. He thinks that the employee deserve no respect and treats them like trash. In short he is a sadist.
