1.Very Biased System, Different working days w.r.t department to department, you could experience pin drop silence in alternate Saturdays. While during interviews get a clarity from the HR on the working days in written as it is only as per the discretion of the department HOD could change later also. Make sure that, it is clear prior to joining and do negotiate on the salary if the working days are longer than expected. 2. Who who Analysis- Instead of finding the gaps in the system and to correct it , people are interested to play blame game to the people. 3. No Proper Review Analysis and be upfront on communicating the initiatives to the manager and HR (even if they are not interested.) 4.
