The overall company culture is nice. Recently they hired new manger for our team. That's lead to transform the culture into worst. Manager with zero software Technical expertise considering each tasks as a piecevod cake.

Dislikes

On discussion with HR about the Work Culture and Mental Torture received from new Manager no action been taken. Not treating Human as Human.. only treating just like a Resource

Dislikes

I had a terrible manager at Synopsys. Synopys is a kind of company where your manager decides what type of life you are going to have and mine just happened to a devil and made my life hell. She is an ungrateful person who shouts at you every time she speaks with you. After i quit, many others quit too because they were not respected. As an employee, the least you expect from your workplace is some respect. She is just not fit to lead India Tech docs team....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
