The overall company culture is nice. Recently they hired new manger for our team. That's lead to transform the culture into worst. Manager with zero software Technical expertise considering each tasks as a piecevod cake.

I had a terrible manager at Synopsys. Synopys is a kind of company where your manager decides what type of life you are going to have and mine just happened to a devil and made my life hell. She is an ungrateful person who shouts at you every time she speaks with you. After i quit, many others quit too because they were not respected.
