The Job time is a bit flexible but most of the time you will end p working more than office hours and there are no compensations for any extra hours even with holidays and weekends.

Dislikes

Company culture and all activities are nice initiatives but the Peoples team need to be more aware that which teams are inline with it because some managers don't want the employees to go to such events cuz work might get delayed.

I love working at Synopsys. There is so much encouragement to share our innovative ideas and also it supports employees a lot by giving WFH options when there is a valid reason. Synopsys also gives us opportunity to know other departments as well. Whenever we extend for our work out management always there for us to check-in. Thank you Synopsys

Poor work culture. No Work Life balance. Managers expects employee to work on weekends. Beware if your manager is from Attrenta(Synopsys aquired Attrenta), they are really toxic to work with.

The overall company culture is nice. Recently they hired new manger for our team. That's lead to transform the culture into worst. Manager with zero software Technical expertise considering each tasks as a piecevod cake.

Dislikes

On discussion with HR about the Work Culture and Mental Torture received from new Manager no action been taken. Not treating Human as Human.. only treating just like a Resource
