I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The Job time is a bit flexible but most of the time you will end p working more than office hours and there are no compensations for any extra hours even with holidays and weekends.
