As Captive company Syngenta is very good in terms of HR policies and company products in the market, But in Finance sub process Accounts payable the management is not at all good, they behave wrist then Service provides companies like BPO's and more over Manager don't know the accounts payable activites as he is from other background. Managers treats employees as machines not as human beings.. They work take the inputs of the employees for the improvement to the work and not time for the other learnings with in the projects.. You will be stuck in position you join in .IJP is a myth. People are already decided before the IJP opening based on setting . Skill development & fair opportunities are also not much promoted. Lot of politics at management level. Incompetent Recruitment team- Prefer people not from referral or IJP.
