Look down at employees who have joined Syngenta shared services from BPO industry. Heavy deduction on annual variable pay that actually reduced your actual takeaway home by 15%-20%. P2P Tower lead was horrible with no etiquette on how to speak team. It's a place where you find favoritism at the extreme, some people will be promoted every year, and few suffer a lot no matter how much you work. It's a bureaucratic sarkari company. DO NOT JOIN IF YOU TRUST MY REVIEW. Your manager can see your entire salary breakup which i personally didn't like after working in India Tier 1 IT companies You will hardly get any support from HR as they will convince you that there is some issue with you and they will never support you.
