Dislikes

Overall Syngenta is a very good company to work with. Just they can improve the pay-scale, I mean yearly appraisal bit bit more. Also they should provide transportation facilities and Sodexo facilities.

My Work life at Syngenta it preety good. I struggled a bit in start as the training provided by Capgemini trainers was not good. I have learnt everything on job. Later I got many opportunities to work in different project which has truly boosted my skills

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
