Worst management in some teams and forces employees to do Large extra hours and will ask them to come in weekends more often and no recognition for your work and no increments but work culture is Very good and can build a healthy environment to work

Worst team leaders are there in some teams and asking to come on weekends quite often and asking to continue for work for longer extra hours and worst increments ever
