Very worst admin department and HR Department they will not at all respond to your concerns. On boarding process is also worst. Very worst admin in management of transport canteen stationary things. Work life balance is zero. Name is only corporate only culture is worst than small scale industry.

Mangers are not clear with their decisions. When there is a projects in hand with mangers and the work is going on smooth, credit will go to Managers. If any complaint comes from the client, issue is from the down line. Taking the name of professionalism and management while talking with middle managers and down the line. Mangers and senior management will take personal leaves during the appraisal cycle closure and they don't want to show their face with their team mates.
