Synergy is very well formed and stable company in the market, having big clients like TCS, embassy, Mahindra etc. overall i got the good experience of big projects and to work independently. The work culture is average and depends of the site condition and client whom your are work with. Salary hike is average as it does not depend on your performance, its solely depend on the company financial profit of the growth in that year. last but not least...synergy re-hire the x employees in their need....Read More

Dislikes

Personally, the Very bad phase of the company is the HR management and admin. Very helpless guys handling the HR system and they never comes to ground to check how and where their employees are working. No food travel compensation while working out of station. late payment of reimbursement, etc

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
