The actual working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, but they are only strictly followed for the starting time. Regularly, all employees are staying until 7 PM to 9 PM. The experienced personnel have not worked technically; instead, we all are engaged in visual inspection, deburring work, and some inspection tasks. Technical tools are not utilized. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
