Freshers find it easy to understand the manufacturing industry and its processes, as they learn basic concepts about the manufacturing sector.

Dislikes

The actual working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, but they are only strictly followed for the starting time. Regularly, all employees are staying until 7 PM to 9 PM. The experienced personnel have not worked technically; instead, we all are engaged in visual inspection, deburring work, and some inspection tasks. Technical tools are not utilized. Always work work work. There should be some policies for wome employees also. Because women's are long term workers if the organisation supports.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
