Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike. There is no bond. They give very good package to new joinees/fresher's also.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but there is no salary hike till you complete 1 year. There is no transport/cab facility.

The job is quite interesting! They give on the job training so its very easy is to perform the job tasks. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Good scope for interdisciplinary growth. Amazing team coordination and support. Work-life balance is great.

Dislikes

Managerial confusions that lately imposed micromanagement of employees (something which did not exist earlier). Pay scale increments / promotions are poor despite good and stable performance. Job security is at risk if and when a project gets pulled back by client.
