It is a staffing agency, primarily Time and money based projects, ceo is desparate for IPO listing. Because of which they are in optimizing operations cost, so anyone on bench for few days, they are releasing them, irrespective person was working on projects for 3 years or more... If nothing in hand, join Synechron else better to avoid.

Don't join here, there's a lot of discrimination. The person who does the work doesn't get the credit; someone else takes it. Those who work hard day and night to complete projects on time are not appreciated. In this company, only sycophants survive; there is no value for those who do good work. It's better to join another company.

Synechechron doesn't have it own project. They deploy to client side so it depends if you are lucky enough you will get good technology . most of the time client give dump work to contractor because they don't want to make dependency.

1. Hike average 2. Client is super priority so never listen to employee concern 3. No role of management behave like now you need to keep client happy 4. No process and polices 5.
